FitTender brings order to reception, entries, and memberships.
Members enter quickly with a magnetic card, barcode card, or reception search. The team immediately sees the profile, active membership, remaining visits, and account status.
What you control with FitTender
FitTender is built for the daily activity of a fitness gym: members, memberships, member cards, NFC tags, barcodes, visits, freezes, trainers, collections, reports, and logs.
Complete member profiles
Access by card, NFC tag, or barcode
Time-based memberships
Visit packages
Membership freeze
Trainers and sessions
Blocks and access rules
Reports and logs
Forget notebooks and separate spreadsheets. All members, memberships, and attendance—in one system.
FitTender Admin helps the administrator manage member profiles, membership types, collections, freezes, trainers, and daily or monthly reports.
- Members with photo, phone, IDNP, card code, and history
- Time-based or visit-based memberships, main and additional package
- Freezes, blocks, cancellations, and user logs
- Financial reports, visits, memberships, cards, and trainers
Member entry becomes fast, verifiable, and easy to track.
At reception, the team validates access by magnetic card, NFC tag, barcode, or quick search. The screen shows the member profile, active membership, remaining visits, photo, and any restrictions.
We configure FitTender according to your club's rules, not the other way around.
We help you set up membership types, access flow, users, trainers, member import, and the way reception will work day to day.
- Configure memberships, prices, visits, cards, and access rules
- Import existing members, contact details, and available photos
- Training for reception, administrators, and responsible staff
- Support in Romanian after system launch
How we launch FitTender in your club
We map the access flow
We understand how members enter, how reception works, what membership types exist, and what rules must be followed.
We set up server environments
We prepare the server environments, install and configure FitTender, then verify the system before launch.
We configure memberships
We set up visit-based or time-based packages, prices, member cards, users, trainers, and reports.
We launch and adjust
Reception starts working in FitTender, and we stay close for support and adjustments after the first days.
Designed for the real reception workflow of fitness clubs
FitTender fits the club flow: magnetic card, NFC tag, or barcode card at entry, photo for verification, active memberships, remaining visits, trainers, collections, reports, and local operational support.
What you need at reception to get started with FitTender.
A member is identified from the same window: by magnetic card, NFC tag, barcode, or a search by name, phone, or IDNP. You do not need a separate station for each method, so the list below stays short.
- One reception station to start with. One station covers the usual entrance; for several reception stations or locations we prepare a separate quote. What that station needs is settled during implementation, in the same stage where we prepare the server environments and install FitTender.
- An optional reader. Magnetic cards, NFC tags, and barcodes are read with a reader. Without one, reception finds the member by name, phone, or IDNP, sees the active membership, and the entry is recorded the same way.
- The cards and readers you already use. We do not start from the assumption that they have to be replaced, and we do not promise upfront that all of them can stay. It stays an open question, and we ask it when you request the demo: which cards and readers do you use at the entrance today?
- Server environments, prepared during implementation. Setting them up is part of the implementation stage, not something you prepare beforehand.
Moving to FitTender from the system you use today
If your club's reception already runs on another system, the questions are always the same: what happens to the member data, which equipment stays, how the switch runs, when the change happens and who helps you. Below we answer with what we know for certain about FitTender, and we say plainly what is settled during implementation.
- The data in your current system. Bringing it over is possible: existing members, their contact details and the available photos can be moved into FitTender. It is, however, a separate service outside the default launch steps — we start it only at your explicit request and with an agreed volume of data.
- The cards and readers you have today. The open question from the equipment section above still stands: what do you use at the entrance today?
- How the switch runs. We map the access flow, prepare the server environments, configure the memberships, then launch and adjust — the same steps every club goes through when it starts working in FitTender.
- When the change happens. We pick the day and the hour when reception starts working in FitTender together: the moment is set during implementation, once we have seen how your club works today.
- The assistance you get. We configure memberships, prices, visits, cards and access rules, we train reception and the administrators, and after launch we stay close for support, questions and adjustments.
Request a demo and tell us which system you use today: we start the conversation about switching from the real flow at your reception.
